16:19. ಮುಂಚೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು. ಈಗ ದಾವೀದನ ಮಗನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

16:19. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು? ಅವನ ಮಗನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ? ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಸೇವಿಸಿದೆನೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
